Chapter Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in MOCPA chapter events!

You may cancel from an event or transfer your registration fee to another event with no penalty, if done so at least five working days before the original event date. One person may substitute for another up to the day of the event with no penalty. Any additional fee is due at the time of the transfer. Cancellations made within five working days before the event will not be refunded. If you find that you are unable to attend the event for any reason, please notify MOCPA so that you will not be listed as a “no-show.” No refunds or transfers will be allowed for “no-shows.”
